Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • 1/4 cup Dipasa tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the soaked cashews and rinse them under cold water.

  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the soaked cashews, tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, dried chives, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Once the mixture is smooth, taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. You can add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your preference.

  5. Transfer the sesame ranch dressing to a bowl and stir in the sesame oil until well combined.

  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sesame ranch for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  7. Serve the plant-based sesame ranch as a dipping sauce for fresh vegetables, drizzle it over salads, or use it as a flavorful dressing for wraps and sandwiches.
